Professionalism is an outstanding trait in Sobrie’s service.  We are very pleased with his readiness to assist us.  He was very attentive to all our requests, such as setting up/testing the AVs, giving guidance to our people who were there to test out the laptops for the presentations and on the use of the AVs.  He ensured that the items we asked for, such as chairs for our panel speakers, easels, additional registration table, etc. were made readily available and ensured the direction signages were placed in just the right places.  He attended to all our ad-hoc requests promptly.

We were certainly glad to have Sobrie attended to and assisted us in the various aspects both on pre-seminar day (AM) and during the day of seminar.
