Service Cancellation Policy



w.e.f. 1st April 2008
This service cancellation policy details the cancellation procedure and the relevant charges applicable to cancellations of services made by users.

  • To avoid cancellation charges, users may send a service cancellation request to the designated BSF application specialist for the respective service as detailed in the Web Ordering System at least 3 working days (or 72 hours except Sat, Sun and gazetted Public Holidays) before the date and time of the proposed service.

  • A full refund of the service charges as stated in the Web Ordering System will be issued for such request.

  • Cancellation request made by User between 1 - 3 working days (24 to 72 hours except Sat, Sun and gazetted Public Holidays) before the Service Start Time as stated in the booking system will qualify for a refund of 50% of the total service charges as indicated in the Web Ordering System.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made by User less than 24 hours before the Service Start Time.

  • This cancellation policy will apply to all services offered under the BSF Scientific Services.
