Terms and Conditions

• Users are requested to make their own bookings. The name on the booking system MUST be the same as that provided on the Service Request Form, before the booking can be confirmed.

• Charging will begin from the Start Time of the appointment. Thus, please be punctual. If you are unable to complete your experiment before the permitted time, you must STOP acquiring all data and continue at your next booked slot, subjected to availability.

• All pre-existing bookings will be subjected to our Service Cancellation Policy. Please see below for more details.

• In the event where User fail to turn up at their stipulated time slots (no show), it will be regarded as cancellations made by User in less than 24 hours before the Service Start Time.  User will be subjected to charges, in accordance to our Service Cancellation Policy.

• Unless pre-declared by the unit involved, service rendered will be billed regardless of data obtained.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any booking from User with outstanding payment.
