Exchange Policy for Defective or Damaged Item(s)

1. Exchanges are only allowed for item(s), which is defective or damaged.
2. Exchanges for defective/damaged items(s) should be made within 7 working days from date of collection or delivery of item/s, from Biopolis Supply Centre (BSC).
3. Item/s to be exchanged will be replaced with the same catalogue item(s).
4. Replacement will only be issued, upon receipt of original defective/damaged item and the related Delivery information.
5. The customer is responsible for any delivery charges, if incurred.
